In this program, students will be able to participate in the reform of public health system, to understand European public systems of health care, and to implementbest practices in the world, modern healthcare held to understand and articulatedifferent approach to moral issues, ethics and bioethics. Students will beintroduced to the basics of crisis management, with processes and techniques to overcome crisis situations.
Understand shëdnetëit State strategies, priorities and global health policiesthrough a comparative overview of inter-national position on themes, concepts and major theories on planning, evaluation, financing, organization of worldpopulation health systems, management systems and reform the personal careand health oriented, leadership and global health actors.
Students will be able to identify appropriate methods of epidemiological health strategy, develop a complete and scientific hypothesis, test hypotheses, learn tointerpret the data and take action.
They will be able to apply the basic techniques and inferenciale descriptive statistics. These include: techniques of graphical and numerical descriptive statistics; basic probability calculations; zero point estimates and confidence intervals and tests of hypotheses for the average of the population, the proportions, the differences between the averages and differences betweenproportions; Non-parametric techniques and simple analysis of contingencytables.
